About Holly

Here's the place to find out a little more about me (Holly!)

and the inspiration behind Spectrum Yoga.

growing up not knowing i was autistic meant i collected mental health problems like beanie babies

Depression?  Anxiety? Eating Disorder?  Tick, tick and tick.

My brain felt like it couldn't cope as well as other people's with every day life. I was overwhelmed, stressed and burned out pretty frequently.

I stumbled into yoga on a whim  with a class at my gym. It quickly became my favourite class, but I couldn't explain why it was.

I could lift weights to get stronger, swim to stay fit and whilst  yoga was giving me strength and flexibility there was something more I couldn't put my finger on...  then, I realised it was peace.

That is what I now share with others helping you find a little pocket of calm in a busy week and turn down the noise of living with a busy brain.

I focus on sensitively curated yoga classes for Neurodivergent and busy brained people, so this means I frequently teach people with access needs. If you want to have a chat about anything before coming to a class with me, get in touch here.

When I'm not teaching you'll find me...

Walking my 11 year old cockapoo, Jess or working on my other favourite job role; auntie Holly to my awesome nephews and niece.
