Start from £50 per hour.
12 hour cancellation policy for all classes.
yoga flow
A well rounded, full body yoga flow. We move with the breath between different yoga shapes, with all important pauses for mindfulness and brain body connection.
Expect seated, standing and balancing, and lying down postures. All classes finish with a seated or lying down meditation.
Complete beginner? No problem! You can take the class as hard or as soft as you need. I offer clear verbal instructions with variations to suit all bodies and abilities.
1:1 and small group classes
Want a personalised approach and 1:1 teaching?
A 1:1 yoga class is the perfect thing! You might want to work on a specific goal, learn more about the fundamentals of yoga, or simply have classes tailored just for you. These can be one off classes for you or a small group of friends or as regular as you require.
Also perfect if you've got a hen party or gathering of friends. I can come to you and provide a bespoke experience.

No! I have mats and blocks, but please feel free to bring your own if you have them and if you'd prefer to use your own equipment.
Yes! Many of my students were complete beginners when they joined my classes.
